Program Description

By providing your phone number and opting in, you are agreeing to receive SMS/text messages from Crown Granite & Marble. These messages are designed to provide a seamless experience regarding:


  • Customer Service: Updates on your project, stone selection, and installation scheduling.
  • Feedback: Brief check-ins to ensure you are satisfied with our craftsmanship.
  • Marketing: Occasional updates on new inventory or seasonal promotions.
  • Message Frequency & Cost
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project status. You will primarily receive texts surrounding the purchase, delivery, and follow-up of your granite or marble products.
  • Cost: Crown Granite & Marble does not charge for this service. However, standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier depending on your mobile plan.


Opt-In & Opt-Out Instructions


  • To Opt-In: You will be opted in when you agree to begin receiving updates.
  • To Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply “STOP” to any message you receive. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.


Privacy & Data Usage


We value your privacy. Your phone number will only be used for the communications described above (Customer Service, Feedback, and Marketing) and will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
